Privacy Notice

Effective date: October 8, 2025

Who we are. This Privacy Notice explains how Vino Farms, LLC (“Vino Farms,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website.

What we collect (Notice at Collection)

Because our site is informational and has no contact or checkout forms, the personal information we collect is limited to technical/usage data gathered by our website platform and analytics tools (currently Wix). This may include:

  • Identifiers & device/usage data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, pages viewed, time on page, referring/exit pages, and approximate location derived from IP (e.g., city/region).

  • Cookies and similar technologies used for site operation, performance, and audience measurement.

Purposes. We use this information to operate and secure the site, measure performance, and understand aggregate audience trends.

Retention. We keep analytics and technical logs only as long as needed for the purposes above and consistent with our service provider’s standard retention schedules.

Selling/Sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If this ever changes, we will update this Notice, add required opt-out tools, and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

How we disclose information

  • Service providers. We host and operate this site on third-party platforms (e.g., Wix) that process information on our behalf under contract and are prohibited from using it for their own marketing.

  • Legal, safety, and compliance. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect our rights.

Cookies & tracking

We use cookies necessary for core site functions and analytics. You can manage cookies in the Cookie Settings link (footer) or your browser. If we later add third-party embeds (videos, maps, social feeds) that set their own cookies, we will update this Notice and our banner.

Do Not Track. There is no common industry standard, so our site does not currently respond to “DNT” signals. We will honor GPC signals if selling/sharing is introduced in the future.

Your privacy rights (California)

If you are a California resident, you may request to know/access, correct, or delete your personal information. Submit a request at info@vinofarms.net or by mail to 1377 E Lodi Ave, Lodi, CA 95240. We will verify and respond as required by applicable law.

Because we do not sell or share personal information, the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” right is not applicable at this time. If that changes, we will provide a clear opt-out and honor GPC signals.

Children’s privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No system is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this Notice from time to time. We will revise the “Effective date” and post the updated version on this page.
